General Information
Regional Managers
Responsible for the management of all divisions within their territory. They are supported by their division managers as they train, develop, and motivate their teams. The Regional Managers report to the CEO and President.
Division Managers
Responsible for the management of their division, which covers a specific market. They report to their regional manager as they administer, coordinate, and implement all activities within their division while also maintaining quality customer service.
National Department Heads
Each with their own specialty, provide the support necessary to implement the company’s business objectives through planning, organizing resources, and decision making.
Sales / Estimating
Start here for new work. Bidding / budgeting / proposals, certificate of insurance, change order requests, customer service (pre-contract), design assistance, PowerPoint presentations.
Project Management
Customer service (after award of contract), manages jobs from point of sale to completion, coordinates project schedule for sizes, approvals, and installation to meet customer's needs and schedule.
Scheduling / Field
Customer service (when on-site work begins), coordinates scheduling of plant personnel (fabrication) and field personnel (installation), coordinates installation scheduling of all projects with Trainor Glass Project Managers and General Contractor to meet the customer's schedule.
Drafting / Engineering
Shop Drawings, Hardware Cuts, Submittals (after award of contract).
Contract Administration / Accounts Receivable
Contracts, Change Orders, Billing, Bonds, Waivers.
Marketing
Advertising, Photography, Website.
