Featured here is the Corporate Headquarters of BMW of North America. It was important to the design team to have an atrium with vast sightlines, and at the same time control the heat gain inevitable during the summer months. The solution was a curtainwall spanning 26 feet between anchor points and sunshades installed on the curtainwall framing.
