One Fillmore Place is a complete re-skin of an existing building that was once a primarily brick and concrete bookstore. The building was transformed into an eye-catching retail space in Denver’s Cherry Creek North shopping area. The use of full-skin curtain wall and silk-screened glass optimizes the natural light transmittance. The verticals are primarily structurally silicone glazed. There are three horizontal conditions: structurally silicone glazed, standard cover, and a custom ‘T’ shape cover that adds dimension to the wall.
