At the time of bid this job came in significantly over budget, Trainor worked closely with the Owner and General Contractor and decided to do a completely new, custom unitized curtain wall, while maintaining the architect's original design intent. Instead of using a curtain wall supplier, Trainor went directly to an extruder. This approach saved several million dollars, and due to the fact that we unitized the project we were able to exceed the very aggressive schedule.
